Return & Cancellation Policy
SQC believes in an exceptional experience for our customers, you always come first.
 

Return Policy:

Returns are considered on a case by case basis, with the final decision deemed by staff. ​If SQC concludes a returned item as unable to be resold, we may have to deny your refund, this is at the sole digression of SCQ staff who will notify you of the return decision via email. Return refunds are processed minus the original shipping costs when the order was placed.


You may request a return as long as all of the below specifications are met:
 

  • Return is requested within the first 30 calendar days, starting & including the day requested.

  • Item must be in brand new condition (not used in any way) & able to be resold. Anything less will not be accepted. This includes: Wrinkles or damage in canvas or adhesive, any diamond drill bags open, any diamonds placed on the canvas, paper canvas cover must not have been lifted. Any broken pieces or missing magnets, lids, containers, etc.

  • Item(s) must be returned in all original packaging, including shipping tube & all tools.

  • Item(s) is not a custom order.

  • Item(s) are returned at the expense of the customer, SQC does not provide return labels. 

Requesting a Return:
 

Reach out to us at SparkleQueenMitzi@gmail.com & please include the following:

  • Name of person who placed the order.

  • Email address used when placing the order.

  • Your order number - available in your order history or in your confirmation email.

  • Photos attached showing full condition of item. SQC will need pictures of the full canvas, zoomed in showing full condition and from far back showing the whole canvas, picture of all unopened drills, picture of unused tool kit, picture of original packaging & any pictures of items besides kits you're wishing to return.
     

Once we receive the request, a SQC staff member will reach out within 72 business hours with a decision to move forward with the return (& provide the address to return to) or if more information is needed. 

Payment Refund:

  • Once the item(s) is received they will be checked by a SQC staff member. If your item(s) fail our inspection, we will inform you of our decision. If you would like the item shipped back, it will be at your expense.

  • If the returned items pass inspection, a refund will be processed (minus the original shipping costs when the order was placed) within 72 business hours.

  • Payment refunds will only be returned to the same payment method as the one used to place the order, no exceptions.

  • SQC will always attempt the refund to the original payment method first. If the same payment method is no longer valid per our system, only store credit will be given which will be valid for 1 year. Funds may take a few days to appear in your account or on your card, that is at the discretion of your financial institution.

  • There are no restocking fees to return your items.

 

Cancellation Policy:

SQC will make every attempt to cancel your order if the request is received prior to your order being packed for shipping or shipped. Once the order is packed & ready to ship we will not be able to cancel the order. If you miss the cancellation window, you can start the return process. Please read the Return Policy details above to start that process. If we receive your cancellation in time, we will process the refund within 48 business hours. Funds may take a few days to appear in your account or on your card, that is at the discretion of your financial institution. There are no restocking fees to cancel an order.
